Create deal room from an inquiry
Persisted deal rooms can be opened through the local /api/deals endpoint from an existing inquiry. Legal execution, document storage, payments, escrow, and settlement remain deferred.

The deal room shell is now easier to demo across collaboration views while keeping every execution-sensitive action disabled.

Deal rooms are collaboration workspaces only. They do not create legal agreements, escrow, payment instructions, custody, settlement, blockchain proofs, or enforceable commodity transactions.
